A free BAA for every customer
HIPAA is the US health privacy law. It requires a signed contract, called a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), before a vendor handles protected health information for a healthcare organization.
Do not send patient health information to Resia until the BAA is signed.
Fill in the form, and a person on our team will email you the BAA to sign. The form only records your request.
How we handle your data
Resia calls and texts people for you, so it handles their details.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data travels over HTTPS, and it is encrypted where it is stored.
Hosted in the United States
Resia runs on Google Cloud in the United States, in the us-east4 region.
Each organization kept separate
The database keeps each organization's rows apart from every other organization's rows.
API keys you control
The portal shows an API key once, when you create it. You can revoke it at any time.
Every request logged
Every API request and every webhook delivery goes into request logs that you can read.
US and Canada numbers only
Agents call and text phone numbers in the United States and Canada, and nowhere else.
