Track progress with milestones

Milestones are the stages you define for a conversation. Your Chat Agent can record each stage it reaches, so you can check progress before the chat ends.

Define the stages that matter: Give each milestone a name and description, such as a customer reply or a preferred time collected.
See the latest stage: As the agent records a milestone, Resia updates the chat's latest stage. Check it while the conversation is active.
Get the final result: Milestones show progress. When the chat ends, the structured result reports the outcome in the fields you define.
